Christmas in October
It is Christmas in October for Blue Kai, although that's a bit of an exaggeration because we didn't actually want to spend money on new batteries or a stove. (Our old stove couldn't get hot enough to bake well, and you are in trouble out here if you have a kid who can't eat gluten and you can't bake.)

ReplyDeleteSo far, only banana bread and enchiladas, but we have been refugees off the boat for a week while the boat is in the yard. So more baking to come soon!!
DeleteAh, a real oven. so much better than the propane stove flying around the stern deck. So domesticated. Can't wait to see the explorers in December.
